MER GIDA SANAYİ A.Ş.

In 1990, MER GIDA SANAYİ A.Ş. has been established and operating in food sector. It produces flour, semolina and macaroni in Mardin Organize Sanayi Bölgesi. 16.640 square meters of the area is exposed and 6.773 square meters is enclosed space.

After starting its production of flour in 1994 and completing its investment for semolina and macaroni between the years 1998-2000, Mer Gıda started operating its macaroni plant in 2000.

Mer Gıda has taken its production lines from BÜHLER AG, and it is equipped with advanced technology in its course in the world. The production has PLC system and it is entirely under the control of computers. The lines which has polymathic pressers, work with HTST (High Temperature-Short Time) system.

Mer Gıda is producing its products by using triticum durum wheat of high quality which growing in Mesopotamia lowland. In order to provide hygienic standardization, HACCP system is applied. Mer Gıda has TS EN ISO 9001: 2000 certificates as well.
