RECIPE
After heating butter add onion,
garlic, and meat salami and fry them for 5
minutes. Add tomatoes and peppers fry them then add black pepper,
salt, bay leaf and tomato sauce and fry them again.
Cook it until it boils and until getting a souce consistency.

NAPOLITEN Sauce
INGREDIENTS

butter
400 gr
tomatoes,
5 gr
garlic, 3 Italian peppers
500 ml
tomato souce,
1
bunch of parsley
Salt,
black pepper
RECIPE
After heating butter add tomatoes and
fry them for 1 minute. Add garlic and Italian peppers fry them for 5
minutes. Add tomato souce, salt, black pepper and boil it. Cook it
until getting a souce consistency.
Put the minced parsley over the souce. Napoliten
sauce is ready… |
