Bolognese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

100 gr butter

250 gr meat salami (without oil)

20 gr minced onion, 1 minced clove of garlic

400 gr minced tomatoes, 4 Italian peppers

1/2 tablespoonful of salt, black pepper

1 bay leaf, 45 ml tomato sauce

RECIPE

After heating butter add onion, garlic, and meat salami and fry them for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and peppers fry them then add black pepper, salt, bay leaf and tomato sauce and fry them again.

NAPOLITEN Sauce

INGREDIENTS

50 gr butter

400 gr tomatoes,

5 gr garlic, 3 Italian peppers

500 ml tomato souce, 1 bunch of parsley

Salt, black pepper

RECIPE

After heating butter add tomatoes and fry them for 1 minute. Add garlic and Italian peppers fry them for 5 minutes. Add tomato souce, salt, black pepper and boil it. Cook it until getting a souce consistency. Put the minced parsley over the souce. Napoliten sauce is ready…
